Joe is a trial lawyer with substantial experience handling a range of motorcycle-related injury claims and lawsuits. Joe has handled cases involving, delivery truck drivers (Federal Express, UPS, etc.), Rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft, etc.), Industrial equipment, negligent repairs, manufacturing defects, road defects, tire defects, permanent, disfiguring injuries, and wrongful death.

Joe has been consistently recognized by his peers as a “Georgia Super Lawyer” and as a member of Georgia’s “Legal Elite,” and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his motorcycle clients. Joe prides himself on delivering excellent client service and maximizing his motorcycle clients’ recoveries.
Mr. White graduated with honors from Tulane Law School in 2001, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and also served as managing editor of the Tulane Law Review. Mr. White is a native of Atlanta and attended college at Emory University where he studied philosophy and political science. He lives in Candler Park with his wife Deanna and their daughters, Naomi and Delaney.
